Apparently the host had asked Solange, off the air, if she would like to talk about Jay-Z’s club in Vegas closing. Of course Solange said no and the anchor agreed to keep the it only about Solange (who the hell IS she anyway?)

Even after being corrected by an off-screen voice, she appeared as r-tarded as she had initially.

That’s what this girl will be know for. That or the ridiculous shoes she likes to wear.
